Food Truck Sign-Up for 2026

We’re excited to invite food trucks to be part of the Cane Bay Firework Show! Join us for Labor Day Weekend for an evening of great food, live entertainment, family fun, local vendors, and an incredible fireworks display. Here's everything you need to know about participating.

Event Details

• Date: 09/5/26

• Time: 5:00pm -10:00pm

• Location: Cane Bay YMCA 1655 Cane Bay Boulevard

• Expected Attendance: 5,000 - 10,000

Food Truck Requirements

• Savory Truck Fees: $150

• Sweet/Snack Truck Fees: $100

• Permits & Licenses: All food trucks must have valid health permits and business licenses. Proof of these documents is required upon request with your application.

• Insurance: All vendors must carry their own liability insurance. Please provide proof of insurance with your application.

• Menu: Provide a detailed menu of items you plan to sell. We aim to offer a diverse range of food options, so please indicate if you have any unique or special items.

 

Application Process

1. Complete the Food Truck Application Form Below

2. Submit the Application Fee: Payment details will be provided upon application approval.

3. Await Confirmation: We will review your application and confirm your participation.

 

Setup and Teardown

• Setup Time: 4:00pm

• Teardown Time: 10:00pm

• Parking: Assigned parking spots will be provided. Details will be sent to you before the event.

 

Important Dates

• Application Deadline: 08/15/2026

• Confirmation Notification: 08/16/2024
