Become a Vendor in 2026

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Cane Bay Firework Show! This annual event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and services to our vibrant community. Below you'll find all the essential information you need to become a vendor at our event.

Event Details

  • Date: 07/06/2026

  • Time: 5:00 - 9:00

  • Location: Cane Bay YMCA 1655 Cane Bay Blvd

  • Expected Attendance: 5,000-10,000

 

Vendor Fees

  • Vendors: $100

 

Application Process

  1. Complete the Application Form below

  2. Submit the Application Fee: Payment details will be provided upon application approval.

  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your application and confirm your participation.

 

Requirements​

  • Setup and Teardown: Vendors are required to set up their booths by 4:00pm and teardown by 9pm. Details will be provided closer to the event date (day before or day of).
