This event brings together local businesses, food vendors, families, and the community for one last celebration of summer, It's a great opportunity to show your products, connect with thousands of attendees, and be part of one of Cane Bay's largest community events.

• Location: Cane Bay YMCA 1655 Cane Bay Blvd

• Expected Attendance: 5,000-10,000

 

Vendor Fees

• Vendors: $100

 

Application Process

1. Complete the Application Form below

2. Submit the Application Fee: Payment details will be provided upon application approval.

3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your application and confirm your participation.

 

Requirements​

• Setup and Teardown: Vendors are required to set up their booths by 4:00pm and teardown by 9pm. Details will be provided closer to the event date (day before or day of).
