Become a Vendor

Thank you so much in your interest in becoming a vendor for our upcoming event.  We are appreciative and extremely excited to have you join us in making this event a success. Please be mindful that filling out this form does not guarantee you a slot at this event. I will be reaching out to each vendor to notify who has been selected to participate based on who is currently scheduled. Please read the information below carefully. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
 

• Vendor fee is $100 for a standard vendor space (10x10).  Must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

• If you need larger than a 10 x 10 space, it is an additional $100 for each 10 x 10 space. In addition to the $100 fee, we ask that all vendors donate an item to be raffled off (suggested value of $5-$20). This can be a physical item from your business or a gift card. This year you will complete the raffle at your booth and we will draw names towards the end of the event. It should be "present to win". Raffle should be in a container with your business name on it so that we may easily return your contacts. ***We will need photos of your freebie item ASAP so that we may advertise***

• Vendors will be given a specific spot for setup on the day of the event.  This event requires that you be here and completely set up by 2:00p. Failure to do so, can/will prevent you from being able to participate in the event.

• It is important that you arrive early enough to properly set up and to then park your vehicle inside designated parking area, as it will be blocked off at 2pm.

• You will receive your assigned space 1 week prior to the event

The following items are recommend but not required:

• Tent

• Table

• Tablecloth

• Change for cash transactions

• Business Cards

 

Please keep in mind that this is a neighborhood event.  We ask that you be respectful of everyone involved including attendees and all other vendors.  We will do our best to work with you and accommodate any needs you might have, however, we cannot guarantee power. Be sure to give us plenty of time and communication regarding special accommodations. We can’t wait to see you at this event and are anticipating a great turn out.
